The job
Your job is to visit work places (if you're a union membership consultant) or work outside in prearranged metropolitan locations (if you're a fundraiser) to engage in conversation with people about joining or supporting the cause you are representing.
If you're working for one of our commercial clients, you could initiating conversations in arranged street locations or visiting by appointment, depending on the product or campaign.
Your job is to move people with your conversation and inspire them to subscribe, join or donate.

Salary plus bonus – on target earnings of $50,000
You will be employed on a casual basis on a base rate of $20 per hour. Plus, you get bonuses for each sign-up.
A capable worker reaching target regularly should earn around $50,000 a year!
Work for good causes
You will be recruiting for trade unions, charities and other not-for-profit organisations, or for commercial organisations The causes and campaigns [link to case studies page ] change from time-to-time.
Regular training
You are fully trained before you begin. And you'll get ongoing refresher training from our experienced, in-house team.
In the field, your Team Leader will always be close by and available for coaching to help you stay motivated and successful.

Country travel
Get out of the city for a bit of fresh air and a change of scene!! Opportunities come up for occasional travel to country areas and interstate to visit workplaces or other locations.
