$50,000+ on target earnings
You'll get a base wage and bonuses. The more people you sign up each day, the higher your bonuses.
An average consultant can earn $50,000 per annum signing up 3 people each day, working only 40 weeks per year.

Great working hours
Most consultants work 5-6 hour shifts, Monday to Friday.
Some campaigns only operate in school terms. Consultants on those teams work only 40 weeks per year and most still make a full-time salary.
So if you've got school age children (or if you just like holidays), this could be perfect for you.

Product and skills training
You'll be fully trained before you start so you can learn all the systems and skills required, and what you need to know about the membership you are promoting.
Weekly ongoing refresher training will introduce you to new techniques, hone your pitch and update you on issues your prospect may be interested in.
As well, you'll get daily coaching and support from your Team Leader to help you stay enthusiastic, motivated and successful.

Be part of a team – but do your own thing
You'll be part of a team of 6-8 led by a Team Leader.
Each day you'll go to pre-arranged locations to talk with potential members. You'll be part of a team, but expected to operate independently, with responsibility and integrity.
You'll get the opportunity to return to the same workplaces to build on previous conversations and make new connections.

Results oriented
Our goal is that every conversation you have engages, inspires and moves the person you are speaking with, leaving them at the very least with a positive and warm experience of your trade union client.
At the same time, you are expected to have enough conversations to make sure that you sign up 2-3 or more members every day.

If you're good at what you do, you will get the opportunity to move into Team Leader and other advanced roles.
